Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about LeadRadar and how it works.

LeadRadar helps agencies and freelancers find local businesses that need web and marketing services. You search by location and category, we scan their Google Business listing and website, and you get a scored list of leads with what they're missing—so you can reach out with a clear value proposition.
Each credit gives you a batch of ~20 business results. When you search for a category in a location, that uses one credit. Loading more results uses another credit. Credits reset monthly on Starter, Pro, and Agency.
Pick Starter, Pro, or Agency when you sign up. Every subscription starts with a 7-day free trial: add a card on file for verification, use the product at full access, then billing begins after day 7 on the plan and interval you chose—unless you cancel during the trial. Manage your subscription from account settings.
Starter, Pro, and Agency each include a 7-day free trial before your first payment. You enter a payment method when you subscribe; you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Ongoing use is billed on the plan you picked—there is no $0 ongoing option beyond that trial period.
Starter is $17/month (or $170/year) for 50 credits per month plus SEO audits. Pro is $79/month (or $790/year) for 200 credits per month plus 3 city-wide scans. Agency is $199/month (or $1,990/year) for unlimited credits and 10 city-wide scans. All plans include the Website Creator tool and a 7-day free trial before the first charge. You can change or cancel your plan anytime.
LeadRadar is built for freelancers and agencies who sell websites, SEO, and marketing to local businesses. If you prospect for clients by finding businesses with weak or missing online presence, LeadRadar helps you discover, score, and organize those leads in one place.
We use public data from Google (e.g. Business Profile listings) and the businesses' own websites to build your lead lists and run audits. We don't sell your data or use it for other purposes.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then. No long-term contracts.
The Need Score tells you how likely a business is to need your services. It ranges from 0 to 100 and is calculated from their Google Business Profile (missing website, low rating, few or outdated reviews, no phone number) combined with their SEO audit results. A high score (60+) means the business has clear gaps you can help with—making them a strong lead. A medium score (30–59) means there's some opportunity, and a low score (0–29) means they're already in decent shape.
The SEO rating (On-Page SEO Score) is a 0–100 score based on a comprehensive audit of a business's website. It evaluates 60+ on-page factors including: page title, meta description, H1 headings, image alt tags, SSL/HTTPS, page load speed, favicon, canonical tags, content encoding, render-blocking resources, structured data, content quality, internal and external links, duplicate content, doctype declaration, and character encoding. A score of 70+ is good, 40–69 needs improvement, and below 40 indicates major SEO gaps—all of which are opportunities you can pitch to the business.
A city-wide scan covers an entire city by searching across every neighbourhood and zone. It gives you the most comprehensive list of businesses in that location. City-wide scans are available on Pro (3/month) and Agency (10/month) plans.
